Tiger Pose
Begin in table pose (hands below shoulders, knees below hips, head in neutral position). With exhale bring head to knee, rounding the lower back. With inhale bring head up gently and knee is raised as shown. Keep the movement slow, breathing long and deep, moving with the breath. Try 5 reps on each side followed by child's pose.
